Aleena Nordal is educated as psychiatrist in Europe. A Thai citizen, she worked for hospitals in Thailand and Dubai, in addition to participate in UN's work for refugees at the Thai-Burmese border. In between did she, on behalf of the Thai government, set up a fish processing plant at Qeshm Island in Iran. Her grandfather taught her business management, and she has set up several businesses, including a shoe factory and a bakery. Aleena has a large contact network in Thailand, which is to the benefit for companies engaged in international trade.
Magnar Nordal started his career in the photo industry before he became commercial pilot and instructor in 1989. He was captain and training manager for a regional airline in Norway until it ceased operations in 2008. On behalf of ETOPS Aviation Services and aircraft manufacturer ATR did he train pilots for several companies in Asia. He has written several training manuals and training programs for ATR aircraft.
